GGP operates through a carefully orchestrated network combining international expertise with local implementation capacity, ensuring knowledge transfer reaches the right beneficiaries at appropriate technical levels. The programme leverages GIZ’s overall management alongside specialized partners including Chemonics International for technical assistance and capacity building, and GOPA Consulting Group for institutional development, while drawing on European Development Partners from Belgium, Sweden, and Italy for green economy interventions and accessing clean technology expertise from across EU member states. This international knowledge base is complemented by Palestinian technical service providers including local environmental consultants, energy auditors, business development organizations, and specialized civil society organizations supported through the Joint European Roadmap, creating a comprehensive delivery mechanism that bridges global best practices with local market realities.
